Ollies is listed on our website under <a href="http://www.delawareohiodirectory.com/icecream-delaware-ohio.html" rel="nofollow">icecream Delaware Ohio</a>

I'm somewhat surprised by the oversite in this blog. I live in the powell area and we drive to Ollies in Delaware to get their ice cream. Yet, I see no reference to the quality products that they produce There are a number of us that make the drive from the powell and dublin areas just to experience the high quality ice cream and gelato that they produce. They have a unique flavor list and their prices are very reaonable.

Amazon and Ruckus Among the First to Receive 'Ring Tone Nation' CD in Digital Distribution

Delaware resident and indie artist/musician Lloyd Page has recently released a new CD titled "Ring Tone Nation". SummerRain Productions and indie label DragonSong Music just announced the new CD "Ring Tone Nation" from singer-songwriter Lloyd Page has now entered digital distribution. Among the first companies to receive the 98 ringtones on the CD are Ruckus and Amazon. Once a music title enters digital distribution it becomes available on the world market in a matter of weeks. There are currently over 50 different sites that this music is delivered to.

The number of U.S. ringback subscribers tripled last year, based on industry research. With the cost ranging between $1 and $4 each from the various download sites a CD with 98 ringtones for $20 presents a great value to the savvy consumer who knows how to port them to his or her phone.

From a review by RadioINDY.com:
"Ring Tone Nation" by Lloyd Page is a collection of 98 eclectic, electronic ringtones. Suffice to say, you get a lot to choose from here. The sound is ethereal and ringy (in a chime-like sense). If you are looking for some "out there," spacy sounds for your phone, you have reached your destination with this album. Although a common sound is shared, each track is distinct. Lloyd also makes an effort to cater to what level of "ring awareness" you want your phone to have in his arrangements, meaning there are subtle rings as well as attention getting rings. We liked "Larvel Accel," a twisty rise and fall synth guitar creation. "Chimed RT" is a delay fused chime piece. "IIOz" is a delightfully confused airy guitar synth alarm. If you are looking for some cool ringtones, pick this up.

A new tradition is born in downtown Delaware. D-Town Retailers are hosting another “2nd Friday Date Night”. Get a babysitter and bring your Sweetheart down for some “sweet treats” this Friday, May 9 from 6:00-8:00pm. Enjoy a nice dinner, shopping, fresh popcorn, coffee and cocktails on the sidewalk, live music at Bee Hive Books, movies and more. First Fridays offer wonderful kids activities and family fun. Now is your chance to get out with your ‘Sweetheart” without the kids and enjoy some great adult time. This week retailers will be offering delicious fresh baked cookies from Buns restaurant. Stop in, browse the stores, and taste a delicious sweet treat from Buns.

Last Friday morning Mayor Wendell Wheeler got Johnny DiLoretto, Kent Justice and Terri Sullivan of Fox 28’s Good Day Columbus and all of Columbus and surrounding areas excited and looking forward to Delaware’s 2nd Friday’s Date Night. Come see what the downtown Delaware buzz is all about. Plenty of free on-street and off-street parking is available.

Several Downtown retailers will be having a huge tent sale in the parking lot behind Snouffer Apparel and Second Sole at 26 & 28 N. Sandusky St. on Saturday April 26. Stores that are currently scheduled to participate are Snouffer Apparel, Second Sole and Everest Gear Outlet. You can enjoy HUGE savings as these stores clear out inventory to make room for new merchandise. Other store may be participating as well. Stop by your favorite stores downtown as ask them if they will be participating in this HUGE sale. This will become a bi-annual event.
