Is this the best way to spend our tax money? He doesn’t have anything better to do? I have seen him on multiple occasions tearing these signs down. It makes me mad. I love to go to these sales, and he makes it hard to find them.

There is a new shopping center coming to the eastside of Delaware Ohio just past Oakland Nursery and just before Krogers Distribution center on 36/37 called Glenwood Commons. The anchor stores are going to be Home Depot, Meijer, and Kohls. Several smaller businesses will also be moving into Glennwood Commons.  New subdivisions are also in the works along this 7 mile stretch.

It will be nice having a shopping center on the eastside of Delaware. However, as a resident of the eastside of Delaware, I am very concerned about the increased traffic this new development will bring. Does Delaware have any viable plan to deal with the increased traffic?  I have read that they do not have the money to fix the problem correctly.
