Why is the Dog Catcher Tearing Down Garage Sale Signs?
Does the dog catcher have nothing better to do then drive around and tear down everyone’s garage sale signs. Is this the best way to spend our tax money? He doesn’t have anything better to do? I have seen him on multiple occasions tearing these signs down. It makes me mad. I love to go to these sales, and he makes it hard to find them.
